Watch out, Jesus! Madonna films a fashion advert with another young man on her arm
As a woman determined to cling on to her youth, it's no surprise to see Madonna with a young man hanging off her arm.
And it's enough to get her toyboy lover Jesus Luz worrying that he's been traded in for an even younger model than himself.
But the Brazilian can breathe a sigh of relief as Madonna was just filming an advert for Italian designers Dolce and Gabbana.
Madonna, 51, was in Harlem, New York last week, shooting the latest campaign for the fashion house's Autumn/Winter womenswear collection 2010.
The campaign takes the singer back to her roots, appearing in the ads as an Italian homemaker, getting her young man to help her carry he fruit and veg.
And while there is no cause for concern on Jesus's part, he'll no doubt be remembering that they met in very similar circumstances.
The couple met in December 2008, just as Madonna was finalising her divorce from director Guy Ritchie.
Jesus, 22, was featured in a photoshoot she did for W Magazine in Rio de Janeiro and they became so close she invited him to join her on the Sao Paolo leg of her Sticky and Sweet World Tour - and they've been seeing each other ever since.
Her new D&G ad campaign is a slight variation from the Spring 2010 ads, in which the star played a sexy Italian housewife, sweeping floors, washing dishes, cutting tomatoes, and eating spaghetti while clad from head to toe in D&G.
But the collection is very similar to the last one she modelled, with plunging necklines, crucifix jewellery and towering heels.
However, in an unusual oversight for the fashion-conscious star, her socks marks were all too clear as she walked down the street for the cameras.
Not that it seemed to bother Stefano Gabbana, who Tweeted: 'I'm going on the set of woman campaign..... The shooting is going very well!!!! She's beautiful... End of the shooting... Madonna.....she's always the BEST!!!!
As well as being the face of the upcoming collection, Madonna has also teamed up with the pair to design a range of sunglasses which will be launched next month.
Always one to try out a new health fad, the star was also seen sipping from a carton of Viva Coco coconut water, the latest celebrity weight -loss craze.
She joins a growing list of stars subscribing to it to try and reap the natural benefits, including Jessica Simpson and Courtney Cox Arquette, who have been snapped with the drink in their hands recently.
According to the company's website, the liquid is obtained from green coconuts (as opposed to fully ripened brown ones), so the liquid is very similar to water, and not the cloudy, milky substance found in the matured fruits.
Because of this, the liquid contains virtually no fat, and can therefore be used as part of a balanced diet to aid weight loss.
