Apple’s iPad sales figures just keep coming, with the Cupertino company announcing that they’ve moved three million iPads in eighty days. The news comes after Apple confirmed selling two million of their tablets in sixty days, and suggests that rather than slowing down, demand is actually increasing.
The news includes confirmation from Steve Jobs that iPad availability is set to increase in July 2010. ”We’re working hard to get this magical product into the hands of even more people around the world,” the Apple CEO is quoted as saying, “including those in nine more countries next month.”
Meanwhile Apple has also updated its App Store figures, revealing that over 11,000 iPad apps are now available for download.
