“Pirates Of The Caribbean 4″ Script Found In British Cafe

The top secret script of the upcoming fourth installment of Disney’s swashbuckling Pirates of the Caribbean franchise was found in a London cafe. This just a month after an Apple employee drunkenly abandoned the prototype for the new iPhone in a San Francisco watering hole.

A Sun reader found the 194-page screenplay in the central London eatery and handed it over to the newspaper, which in turn returned it to Walt Disney Pictures. Filming on the fourth Pirates film — On Stranger Tides — started in Hawaii on Monday. While series regulars Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley opted not to reprise their roles, Johnny Depp is back as Captain Jack Sparrow, who spends this feature in search of the fountain of youth.

The studio issued thanks to the unidentified reader for returning the script.

On Stranger Tides — featuring Penelope Cruz and Gemma Ward — is due in theaters next May.
