She's never been particularly lucky in love, but now it seems Jessica Simpson has hit the jackpot.
The 30-year-old star posted a picture of herself with boyfriend Eric Johnson on her Twitter page with the caption: 'I met a wonderful man. Damn I'm lucky!'
The photo showed Jessica, dressed in a sleek red dress, gazing up adoringly at her American football star beau.
Jessica, who has previously dated Dallas Cowboy star Tony Romo and musician John Mayer, began dating Johnson in May, three months after he split from his wife.
And she couldn't be happier with the relationship, according to sister Ashlee.
Asked about her sister's love life, Ashlee said: 'She is happy, so we are all really happy. Her happiness is the most important thing to me.'
Jessica has a history of posting pictures of herself with her boyfriends on Twitter.
In August, she treated fans to another glimpse of her love life when she tweeted a photograph of her and Eric kissing.
She accompanied the shot with the caption: 'Romance 101…getting kissed by my Yalie…me not looking' so smart…:) but Yum!'
Jessica shocked the world in 2005 when it was announced she was splitting from Nick Lachey after three years of marriage.
The former pair, whose lives had been documented in MTV reality TV show Newlyweds, had appeared to be the perfect couple before they made the surprise announcement.
And Jessica said shortly after the divorce that it was one of the hardest things she has ever been through.
She said: 'You go through the mourning stage, then the rebellion, and then all of a sudden you have to find life by yourself.
'Once you do that, you feel complete - and that's the only time you can truly fall in love again, and give yourself over completely to another person.
'I loved everything about marriage - but things happen and people grow apart.'
