Disturbed wins top spot on Billboard 200 chart
Rock band Disturbed has the No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 albums chart. Asylum debuts on top with 179,000 copies sold. Next is the Now 35 compilation, at No. 2 with 105,000 units bought. Eminem’s Recovery maintains its spot at No. 3 with 93,000. Last week’s No. 1, Katy Perry‘s Teenage Dream, slips to No. 4 with 88,000.
Fantasia’s Back To Me falls three slots to No. 5 in its sophomore showing with 40,000 units sold. Lyfe Jennings’ I Still Believe debuts at No. 6 with 36,000 albums purchased. The Goo Goo Dolls’ first album in four years, Something For the Rest Of Us, enters at No. 7, selling 34,000 copies.
Justin Bieber‘s My World 2.0 drops a slot to No. 8, selling 31,000 copies. Camp Rock 2: the Final Jam moves up four places to No. 9 with 28,000 copies sold. Rounding out the top 10 is rock band Heart, whose Red Velvet Car opens at No. 10 with 27,000 albums bought.
