Windows Phone 7 has tethering support, up to carriers whether to enable it
At launch, Windows Phone 7 won’t be able to copy and paste, but it will be able to tether… should your carrier permit it. According to Brandon Watson, Director of Windows Phone 7, Microsoft’s next mobile operating system will have the ability to tether, assuming your carrier allows it. The tip was dropped during a radio interview on the TWiT podcast Windows Weekly. Great news for those who would like a Windows Phone 7 device and rely on tethering. Now… which carriers do we think will support it?
