Tavia Yeung was infected by bacteria during kissing scenes in series. She suffered from lip ulcer and caught colds at the same time.Since SARS, the government always reminds citizens to take care of their personal hygiene. If anyone catches cold or having a fever, they must remember to take more rest and wear mask to avoid infection towards other peoples. Artistes who film series are unable to avoid this. Even if they catch cold or are suffering from lip ulcer, they still have to film kissing scenes whenever is required. Recently, there are incidents happened in TVB! The day before yesterday, Tavia Yeung was filming new series “The Winter Of The Flying Fish” and had kissing scenes with Michael Tse. The next day, Tavia Yeung was suffering from lip ulcer. Therefore, Michael Tse was accused as the source of lip ulcer!
Tavia Yeung and Michael Tse were filming outdoor scene for “The Winter Of The Flying Fish” the day before yesterday and attracted a lot of passerby to watch. There was passerby who even switched on camera flash to take down the kissing scenes. Michael Tse who was interrupted by them requested them not to switch on their camera flash to continue smoothly in the kissing scenes.
Denied as the source of lip ulcer
However, not until a day after the kissing scenes, Tavia Yeung was suffering from lip ulcer when she was attending a shop opening ceremony event. Everyone was pointing at Michael Tse as the source of lip ulcer! Tavia said, “Yesterday after the kissing scenes, I found out there was ulcer growing on my lips today. I have to remind everyone to brush teeth before kissing scenes. Other than my partners, I myself also have to brush teeth too! (Is it infected from Michael Tse?) I’m just joking! Actually I had a tiny ulcer on my lips the day before yesterday. After the kissing scenes, I think it was infected by bacteria and therefore, it grew into lip ulcer!” Although Tavia Yeung was suffering from lip ulcer, but her mood was not affected by it. She expressed that she wanted to continue accepting outside jobs. “Moses and I will have another job in a few more days. Actually it doesn’t matter on who I’m paired up with. Most important is to earn money!” She expressed that she will not mind pairing up with rumoured boyfriend, Chris Lai to earn money. “I will accept also! If required, kissing scenes are not a problem too. But the price needs to be increased! I will pay all the installments of my apartment when I’ve earned enough money for that. After that, I plan to change apartment!”
Michael Tse was accused as the source of lip ulcer. When he accepted a telephone interview, he gave a huge reaction, “Crazy! Actually I already felt Tavia was nervous during filming the day before yesterday. She said that she was suffering from aphthous ulcer. Maybe because she was too busy recently and did not get enough sleep!” He even teased Tavia and said, “I seldom infected by these things. Not like Tavia who has hot base. I must clarify that I’m not the source of bacteria!”
