Lindsay Lohan: "My Father Had Someone" Steal My Passport

Lindsay Lohan says her estranged father Michael is behind her passport getting stolen in France.

"I always said my father had someone do it," the actress, 23, told UsMagazine.com via email Thursday afternoon.

A Los Angeles judge issued a bench warrant for Lohan's arrest after she skipped a court hearing in L.A. Thursday related to her 2007 DUI conviction. Bail is set at $100,000. She could face 180 days in jail, the prosecutor announced in court Thursday.

Lohan has been at the Cannes Film Festival, but her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, said that she may return by Friday afternoon. Lohan could be arrested at the airport.

Lindsay and Michael's relationship has gotten more contentious in recent months. After he stormed her apartment because he was worried she was on drugs (which she has denied) and to check on the welfare of 16-year-old Ali, Lindsay referred to him as her "ex-father."

Michael appeared at the hearing Thursday with his lawyer Lisa Bloom, who told Us of Lindsay, "She needs treatment, and jail is not going to help her."

Bloom also denies that Michael had anything to do with Lindsay's passport disappearing.

"Michael was working very hard behind the scenes to help her get home," she told X17Online.com. "Lindsay is obviously very angry with Michael because he wanted her to go to rehab for several months. She's lashing out at him. He came to LA very much hoping that Lindsay would be here."
