Lindsay Lohan birthday celebrations continue... with yet another disastrous night out

It may have been her birthday, but luck just wasn't on Lindsay Lohan's side.
For the second night in a row the 24-year-old, out on the town to celebrate, found herself in the midst of a disturbance.
The Mean Girls actress was on her way to celebrity hotspot Beso for a birthday dinner when her black SUV was pulled over by police after it was spotted failing to stop at a stop sign.
It was being driven by Lohan's on-off assistant Eleonore Lieven .
Designated driver Lieven was berated by the police officer and given several citations including 'failure to stop', 'concealed licence plates', and a 'tinted windscreen.'
To make matters worse, Lohan was so late for her own dinner that she decided to get out of the car and walk the rest of the way to the restaurant - leaving her assistant to fend for herself.
Lohan and her crew stayed at the restaurant until midnight before heading over to The Colony Club to party until 2am and then to a house party until 4.30am.
Amongst her guests was Lohan's new best friend, British socialite Lady Victoria Hervey.
The previous night, Lohan took to her Twitter to complain that she had been attacked by a waitress whilst out at a club, Voyeur, in Los Angeles.
'A waitress just hit me - punched me for no reason,' she Tweeted.
The waitress, who has been identified as Jasmine Waltz, is a former flame of Lindsay's party companion, Doug Reinhardt.
Reinhardt has appeared in reality TV show The Hills and is also an ex-boyfriend of Paris Hilton.
A source told Us magazine: 'Lohan was hanging out with him [Reinhardt]. She [the waitress] was jealous, and out of nowhere, the waitress punched her in the face.
'Doug didn't want any part of it and went to the other side of the booth. Lohan ran out.'
But waitress Waltz denies the claims, telling Radar Online: 'I did not hit her.'
The brunette, who has also had liaisons with Ryan Seacrest and Jesse McCartney, went on to describe Lindsay as 'delusional' and 'disturbed'.
Lindsay left Voyeur club following the alleged assault, but her luck got no better when she bumped into the same waitress at her next destination, Rockstar House.
