She could be facing a prison sentence following her recent arrest for cocaine possession.
But Paris Hilton looked like she didn't have a care in the world as she went shopping in Hawaii yesterday.
The 29-year-old socialite smiled and giggled in a particularly revealing low cut patterned dress as she and her boyfriend Cy Waits went shopping on the island of Maui.
Clad in a black vest top and baggy shorts, the 34-year-old also appeared to be having a good time with the star who bought a few pairs of earrings in the boutique.
The holiday pictures are the first time the pair have been snapped together since Hilton was arrested for possessing cocaine when her car was stopped by police in Las Vegas late on August 27.
Waits, 34, was also arrested for DUI during the night out with his girlfriend.
She has been charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, 0.8 grams of cocaine.
The socialite could face four years in prison if convicted.
She is denying the allegations, claiming the cocaine found, along with the purse, was not hers.
She said she had borrowed the purse from a friend.
