The party don't start 'til Ke$ha walks in...wearing a skimpy bikini!Hanging out with pals at North Bondi Point beach in Sydney, Australia on Wednesday, the "Tik Tok" singer, 23, doffed her typically glittery, technicolor wardrobe.

The star -- whose new song "We R Who We R" debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 last week -- recently sniped at critics who slammed her singing skills.
"I don't have the best body in the world," she told Seventeen mag, "but I know for a fact that I have a really good voice."
