Andy Lau’s Future X-cops will hit the cinemas in February, he had already started promoting the film. In the past, Andy shoot 14 films within a year during his peak, currently it’s one film per year, it’s because of his family and wife Carol Zhu Liqian.Earlier Andy was interviewed by Ming Pao Magazine, he expressed that he would have 6 weeks of holiday to accompany his family, he would straight away go home to accompany his wife after work, will try his best to stay at home for at least 10 hours everyday, during free time he would watch TV with Carol.
When asked about his feelings after becoming a husband, he said: “When I’m the husband, I shall not be the one talking about it, you should ask the wife, most important is that she feel good.” With regards to having children, Andy only replied: “Don’t ask me.”
He was being exposed of registering his marriage in 2008, when asked to summarize the incident, he said: “I’ve forgotten about it.” He would only shoot one film per year, there are 10 months in a year, would be staying 10 hours at home everyday. When asked how do they kill time, Andy said: “Same as a normal person, we watch TV.”
