Days ago she caused concern as she revealed a burn on her arm and bruises on her leg in a skimpy outfit.
But last night Lady Gaga raised alarm as she left a New York gig, covering up in a garish purple body suit.
She teamed the outfit, which looked like it had been inspired by a sweet wrapper, with a pair of black boots and circular sunglasses.
The 23-year-old star was leaving Radio City Music Hall in New York after completing the third of four gigs at the venue.
The gig was one of the last before she takes her Monster Ball show around the world, starting with the UK next month.
After the gig she spent time signing autographs for teams of fans who were waiting outside.
Her show was characterised by acres of naked flesh with a host of scantily clad backing dancers.

Bright screens projected a plethora of visuals and the star opened with a rendition of her debut hit Just Dance wielding a keytar while stood astride a rotating cube.
She also performed her other hits, including Poker Face, Paparazzi and Bad Romance.
On Thursday Gaga left the Radio City Music Hall where she was photographed with a scab on her arm and blemishes on her leg.
How she picked it up the injuries is unclear - but they certainly looked painful.
