Reason No. 422 to get a good night’s sleep: Avoiding mishaps behind the wheel. Disney Channel star Demi Lovato, 17, experienced her first fender bender in Los Angeles Tuesday after admitting she was off to a slow start in the morning.
"Today hasn't started off so great," Lovato Tweeted. "I was so sleepy this morning I got in my first little accident in my car. "
Within hours the Sonny with a Chance star updated her fans, Tweeting, "To everyone who asked, yes – I'm totally fine! Thank you! Haha just was a huge bummer."
There is no word on whether another car was involved in the scrape. Lovato's rep had no comment.
