So is the baby food diet Jennifer Aniston's secret to staying in such good shape?

At 41, she's in incredible shape with a body a woman half her age would envy.

Now, Jennifer Aniston is said to have taken her quest for perfection a step further by embarking on a baby food diet.

Aniston is one of the latest stars to work with personal trainer Tracy Anderson, who has also helped to hone the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna.

The former Friends star has reportedly shifted 7lbs in one week on the regime, which advocates 14 portions of puréed food a day followed by a healthy adult-sized dinner.

Tracy, who was a guest last night at Time Magazine's 100 most influential people party in New York, recommended Jen went on the diet shortly before she headed to Hawaii to film scenes for her new movie, Just Go With It, to give her a 'body boost'.

Yesterday the actress was seen on location looking fabulous with co-stars Adam Sandler and Nicole Kidman and was spotted prancing around in yet another skimpy outfit, consisting of very short hot pants and a blue vest top which showed off her toned physique.

Speaking about the new diet, Anderson said to Hollyscoop: 'I developed a cleanse where you can still eat and it's a lot of purée foods.

'I was very careful about the foods I chose to put in it.

'When you do these liquid cleanses, I felt a responsibility to come up with something. Liquid cleanses do help you lose weight, but you will gain more the next week.

'I wanted something where you can eliminate toxicity and break bad habits but still have your digestive system going.

'That is when the baby good cleanse was born. You get to eat all day these little puree things, and the chocolate pudding I did is pretty killer.'

The food includes fruit smoothies, puréed oatmeal, pears with cinnamon, soups containing dandelion greens and a dinner of lean meats and vegetables.

This week's Grazia magazine reported that while Jen was in Europe last month, she relaxed her usually strict diet regime, promting Anderson to recommend a body boost with the baby food diet.

A source said: 'She knew she had been indulging, and seeing as her upcoming role required her to wear lots of little dresses, she wanted to be at her physical peak.'
