Lindsay Lohan's Release from Rehab Still Up in the Air

Lindsay Lohan's attorney was back in court Wednesday afternoon – but is still awaiting definitive answers regarding her client's future schedule."She's good, but that's all I'm going to say, she's good," Shawn Chapman Holley told reporters after meeting with the new judge in the case, Elden Fox, and Deputy D.A. Danette Meyers.
As for offering a new timeframe for Lohan's release from the UCLA Medical Center (where the actress, 24, has been in a treatment program since her Aug. 2 release from jail), Holley said: "I can't, I wish I could. I'm not the judge."
She added, "Nothing has been decided."
Holley is due in court for the next scheduled hearing on Aug. 25.
