This year's Singapore Hit Awards 2010 nomination list sees some of the biggest comebacks in the music industry. With familiar names such as Sammi Cheng, Karen Mok, and Jay Chou going against newbie singers and vying for the coveted top spot in their respective male and female Best Singer category.Local songbird and Taiwanese Golden Melody Award-winning singer, Tanya Chua, racked in the most number of nominations in categories like Best Local Singer, Most Creative Singer, and the Best Female Singer. The 35-year-old singer-songwriter also bagged a triple nomination for her songwriting prowess in three local compositions, Projectile, If You See Him, and How Much, a song featured in Eason Chan's latest album, Fifth Floor's Happiness.
The Singapore Hit Awards 2010 will be held at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Oct 29, Friday, 7.30pm.
