Hollywood actors Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz will be appearing as special guests for the Fuji TV variety show VS Arashi. The show will be a two-hour special to celebrate their first anniversary of turning golden.
The two actors had been in Japan at the end of September to promote their film Knight and Day. They will be competing against Arashi members in the Rolling Coin Tower game.
Having filmed Clint Eastwood's Letters from Iwo Jima, Tom Cruise asked Ninomiya Kazunari (27) if he's acted alongside Ken Watanabe. As Tom had previously worked with Ken in the film The Last Samurai, they were both very excited to share their experiences. On the other hand, Sakurai Sho (28), who is a big fan of Cameron, was smiling nonstop throughout filming.
The VS Arashi SP will air on the 14th at 7pm. The film Knight and Day will open in theaters in Japan on the 9th.
