Cecilia Chung's ailment might be a result of her speedy childbirths. The strain of being pregnant with sons Lucas and Quintus in a span of three short years might have put stress on the actress's back, claimed reports.
Rumours were rife about Cecilia's return through her participation in acclaimed director Derek Tung's new movie.
But Cecilia was quick to dismiss a definitive answer, telling media that she still intends to have more children.
For now, the 30-year-old seems to be contented with pure family bliss, shuttling back and forth with hubby Nicholas Tse on his work commitments in China.
